GOODNEWS: Osun Traditional Rulers Ready To Bail State Out Of Financial Challenges, Other Problems

The Osun State Council of Traditional Rulers said on Thursday that monarchs in the state were ready to offer assistance to bring out the state government from its current financial challenges and other problems.

The chairman of Council of Traditional Rulers in the state, Oba Adekunle Aromolaran, said this while briefing journalists in Osogbo after the meeting of the council held at the Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding.

Oba Aromolaran said the council was ready to partner with the state government for the development of the state in whatever capacity they could.

He said, ''The Council of Traditional Rulers in the state is ready to find ways and means to help the government of the state. We want Osun to recover from its illnesses.

''We want workers to earn their salaries, pensioners as and when due. We want peace in the state and we want pensioners to be able to live longer than before.
